Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Outzeach website and verified LinkedIn account rental service (the "Service"), operated by Outreach Limited. By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter contracts. You must not be located in, or resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited.

2. The Service

Outzeach provides access to LinkedIn accounts that have been verified via NFC government ID and are rented from real owners who have given explicit consent. The Service includes account access, proxy infrastructure, and basic onboarding.

3. Acceptable use

• You will use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.
• You will follow LinkedIn's policies regarding account behavior.
• You will not change profile names, photos, or other identifying information without our written approval.
• You will not transfer accounts to third parties.
• You will not use the Service for spam, harassment, or fraud.

4. Fees and payment

Fees are listed on our Pricing page and charged per account. Pricing may be updated with 30 days' notice. Taxes are your responsibility.

5. Replacement guarantee

If an account becomes inaccessible due to a platform-side issue and you have complied with these Terms and our usage guidelines, we will replace the account within 24 hours at no additional cost. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual property

The Outzeach name, logo, and website content are owned by Outreach Limited. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose only.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not control LinkedIn's policies or platform changes, and we make no guarantee that accounts will never be restricted by LinkedIn.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outreach Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outreach Limited from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may discontinue use at any time.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a site notice 14 days before they take effect.
